The bedroom is located within a three-bedroom semi-detached, much loved family home located on Nutfield Road in Merstham, Surrey, RH1 3HH.

We are only looking to rent the room to a female and also unable to accommodate couples.

I am a very easy going 46 year old father of a 14 year old daughter who lives with me on a part time basis. My daughter and I are friendly and good natured people and would welcome a kind, easy going female of a similar character. We also have two cats.

You will have shared use of two reception rooms, one of which has a lovely open fire which is very cosy in the winter (we call it “The Snug”).

There is also shared use of two bathrooms (one upstairs with a bath and overhead power shower and one downstairs with a shower), the kitchen and a lovely, very well established big garden to sit in and enjoy.
